Budapest Industrial Figures Q3 2022

The total modern industrial stock in Hungary stood at 4,490,000 sq m at the end of the Q3 2022. The stock in Greater Budapest reached 3,076,800 sq m – following a completion of 145,400 sq m in Q3 (272,200 sq m YTD). The total leasing activity (TLA) in Greater Budapest reached 218,200 sq m in Q3 and 457,000 sq m year to date in total (15% increase compared to y/y). Vacancy rate in Budapest declined q/q on the back of robust demand to 4.9%.
