•The largest leases signed during 2017 were: Navistar Marketing’s 214,655 sq. ft. lease at 4612 Navistar Drive (Frederick County), Starbucks’ 129,600 sq. ft. lease at 1200 Claybrick Road (Landover/Largo), and Iron Mountain Information Management’s 125,000 sq. ft. lease at 7521 Andrews Federal Campus Drive (Pennsylvania Avenue).

•Seventeen properties are currently under contract for a total of $34.9 million. The largest pending sale is a three property mixed-use portfolio at 9207 51st Ave in College Park totaling 115,348 sq. ft. The buyer is set to acquire the properties for $7.0 million from CP Real Estate Ventures.

•Industrial Property Trust purchased Exeter Property Group’s Maryland Mixed portfolio, which included two warehouse buildings totaling 286,720 sq. ft. on Columbia Park Road in Landover. The 136,860 sq. ft. warehouse building at 6300 Columbia Park Road sold for $17.2 million, or $125 per sq. ft., while the 149,860 sq. ft. property at 6100 Columbia Park Road sold for $16.3 million, or $108 per sq. ft.
