Highest quarter take-up of 2017 and rental increase in all zones

  • 53,350 sq m were occupied during Q4 2017, 50% above the previous quarter

  • Relocations were the main driver for take-up

  • The availability of office spaces is currently very low in several zones

  • Prime rental growths were observed in all zones during Q4 2017, increasing to €20/sqm/month in CBD1

  • There wasn’t any new construction that started during this period.
