Patrick is a Senior Negotiator in CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services Industrial & Logistics team. Based in the South Auckland office, Patrick specialises in sales and leasing in East Tamaki. Prior to joining the Industrial & Logistics team, Patrick was a Manager in CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services Office team in Canberra, where he was established as one of the most active agents in the market.

Since commencing his career in 2007, Patrick has gained a strong understanding of both landlord and tenant needs in differing market conditions. His ability to implement and carry out successful campaigns, underpinned by his strong work ethic and 'hands on approach' ensures Patrick delivers effective results for his clients.
