Job description:

  • Project management of fit-out works in different sectors (office, retail, logistic)
  • Assistance to prepare offers for project management works
  • Tendering of planning and construction works, site visit
  • Preparing budget and time schedule for the projects
  • Attending on meetings, site visits with clients and involved parties (construction companies, planners)
  • Writing minutes of meeting in Hungarian or/and in English (in 2016)
  • Reporting to the client
  • Writing technical reports for technical due diligence
  • Technical advice, support within the CBRE team
  • Assistance in completing cash-flow forecast and reports within the company
  • Direct reporting to the Head of Project Management department


Requirements and personal specification:

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Min. 1 or 2 year experience in similar field
  • Technical know-how
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ambitious and ability to learn quickly
  • Good understanding of MS Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Advanced English – both written and verbal
  • German is an advantage
