Investment activity remained similarly subdued as in previous quarters. We registered a total of 135 million EUR in investment turnover, bringing the year-to-date figure to 345 million EUR. We quote 6.00% for prime high-street, 6.50% as prime yield for offices, 7.00% for logistics and 7.25% for retail parks as of October 2023.
