By the end of Q3 2024, Hungary’s total modern industrial stock reached 5.29 million sq m. 
As of October 2024, the pipeline includes 435,000 sq m (with 50,500 sq m on hold) in Greater Budapest and 273,000 sq m under construction in Regional Hungary. 
The average prime industrial rent in big-box logistics slightly increased to 5.7 EUR/ sq m pm (+2% q/q and y/y).
