CEE Investment Figures Q1 2025

Following the robust year-end, investment sentiment has remained solid as we stepped into 2025. The CEE markets registered ca. 3.3 B EUR investment turnover in the first three months of the year. While this figure indicates a marked decline on a quarterly basis (-25%), it was up significantly y-o-y (+84%) and was among the three highest values registered in Q1 over the last 20 years. Volumes continued to recover on a wider basis, in line with our expectation earlier the year: most geographies saw a strong increase compared to Q1 2024 and the volume was up in all asset classes but residential.
